10:00 am-12:00 pm: AL Youth Association membership meeting

12:00 pm-2:00 pm: AL Amateur Association membership meeting

2:00 pm-5:00 pm: AL Quarter Horse Association membership meeting

5:00 pm-6:00 pm: Social Hour (Cash bar)

6:15 pm-7:00 pm: Members Banquet

7:00 pm: Association Awards Presentations

The banquet meals are a choice of a grilled ribeye steak or grilled boneless chicken breast. The meal includes sides of garden salad, baked potato, steamed broccolli, bread and dessert, and tea (sweet/unsweetened). Tip is included.

Grilled ribeye meal is $33.00. Grilled boneless chicken breast is $20.00.

Meal reservations are required no later than January 21st, 2026.

 The Prattville Country Club also has a snack bar which offers delicious short order meals throughout the day which include: Salad, burgers, ham and cheese, grilled cheese, chicken fingers, french fries, onion rings.

January 31st, 2026 offers the opportunity for you to participate in the operations of all three associations.  Your membership and active participation are vitally needed.
